Jeremy has years of experience in advanced estate and business consulting, law practice, entrepreneurship, and authorship. He has owned both a law firm and advisory practice, directed advanced planning for two regional firms, and served as an advanced markets consultant and corporate VP for both Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 financial services companies.
He has a toolbox of multiple strategies for tax, asset protection, generational wealth transfers, risk-management techniques, and tailored business structures.
Jeremy works closely with ultra-high-net-worth families and businesses, collaborating with attorneys, CPAs, and investment teams on complex tax and succession issues. He has presented to advisors across the country on estate and advanced planning topics.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, and Master’s in Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, with advanced coursework in taxation and business law. He completed his undergraduate degree at BYU.
Active in church and community, Jeremy has led youth programs and volunteered in service and disaster relief. He speaks Spanish, is an Eagle Scout, and enjoys teaching, mentoring, writing, painting, and good food. His favorite way to spend time is with his wife, Kat, of 22 years, and their three kids—two young-adult sons and a teenage daughter.
