Daniel Tarsha is a Wealth Advisor at Strata Wealth Advisors. He works with families to create comprehensive financial strategies in coordination with their team of advisors. Daniel focuses on identifying and addressing planning gaps that may exist, while ensuring families fully understand each step of the Strata Wealth 360 Planning Process®.
Daniel began his career in 2005 at Lincoln Financial Group as a member of the company’s Professional Development and Training program. Within this structured program, he worked in three different cities including Lincoln’s financial advisory office in Dallas. Daniel worked briefly for New York Life before becoming a financial wholesaler for Behringer Harvard, Highland Capital Management, and Balter Liquid Alternatives. Most recently, Daniel was a charitable planning consultant for The Giving Account, Fidelity Charitable’s donor-advised fund. In this role he worked with financial advisors, CPAs, and attorneys covering the entire state of Texas. In September of 2018 he joined the Strata Wealth Advisors team.
A native of Ft. Worth, Daniel enjoys having family all across Texas. He had the great fortune of growing up and working within a family business. Daniel earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and later obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. While in college he was an active member of the Notre Dame Rodeo Club.
Daniel and his wife Katie have two sons and a daughter. When not in the office he enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with his family. Outside of watching his children participate in their various sporting activities, Saturday is usually reserved for cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Daniel is a member of the Financial Planning Association – Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter, the Dallas Estate Planning Council, and the Dallas Council of Charitable Gift Planners.
